William Robert Parker, aka, Bobby, Bob, Billy Bob passed away Sunday, March 14, 2021, in Zionsville, Indiana surrounded by his family. Bobby was born to his late parents, Robert J. and Donna M. Parker on May 12, 1953, in Lebanon, Indiana.
Bobby married Robbyn L. Parker in 1972 and they had three children. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1971 - 1975 on the USS Conyngham (DDG17). Bobby was the past Commander of the Zionsville American Legion Post, past Director of the American Legion Sixth District, member of the American Legion Riders of Zionsville, served as a volunteer fireman for Zionsville, and retired from Panhandle Eastern Pipeline Company.
Bobby enjoyed fishing, riding his Harley, spending time with friends, but most of all he enjoyed his family and making memories with them.
Bobby is survived by his wife, Robbyn; daughters, Niki, Jessica (Jason West); son, Donavon; grandchildren, Steven (Olivia), Stori (Blake), Hunter, Morgan (Eric) Dearinger, and B Scott Willey; two great-grandchildren, Eva Lou Ivey and Grayson Wayne Sanders; sister, Deborah Parker; nine nieces, three nephews, and several great-nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be at Indiana Funeral Care, Harry W Moore Chapel, 8151 Allisonville Road, Indianapolis, IN 46250 on Wednesday, March 17th from 4 pm - 8 pm. Funeral services will be held the next day, Thursday, March 18th at 11 am with burial to follow.
