Tina Tinkler

October 30, 1962 — January 23, 2025

Tina Gay Tinkler, a cherished mother, devoted sister, and beloved friend, passed away peacefully on January 23, 2025, in her hometown of Indianapolis, Indiana. She was born on October 30, 1962, to the late David and Barbara Quack and spent her life nurturing a loving home for her family.

Tina's legacy will live on through her two daughters, Lanna Williams (Kyle) and Jenna Tinkler, who will forever carry the warmth of their mother's love in their hearts. She is also survived by her siblings, Kyla Gedig (Paul) and Bryan Quack (Sherry); along with her cherished nieces and nephew, Brandy Salazar (Alfredo), Amber McCue (Luke), Jason Quack, and Andrea Quack; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Savannah, Bianca, Mariana, Trace, Briar, Liam, Dallas, Kendal, Isabelle, Maverick, and Scarlett, all of whom adored her.

Tina was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Tinkler, and her nephew, Jeremy Quack.

Tina was a woman of many passions. She found joy in her garden, watching the birds at her feeders, and boating at Lake Cataract. An avid horseback rider, she relished the outdoors and took pride in nurturing her love for animals. A dedicated fan of the Colts, she enjoyed cheering for her team. Above all, Tina loved spending time with her family, sharing laughter and love in every cherished moment.

Described by those who knew her as the life of the party, Tina possessed a vibrant spirit and a huge heart that touched the lives of many. Her warmth and kindness will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, February 2, 2025, at 3:30 p.m. at the Southview Wesleyan Church, located at 4700 Shelbyville Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46237. Family and friends will gather to honor and reflect on the beautiful life Tina lived.
