Terry Anthony Nichols, Sr.

Terry Anthony Nichols, Sr, was born to Oliver Nichols and Susie (Hart) Nichols on October 4, 1963 in Indianapolis, Indiana. He transitioned to his eternal home on January 26, 2024. After he received his high school education at Manuel High School he worked for much of his life around town assisting others anyway he could. Terry will be remembered as a loving father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend to many, who had many joys in life. Terry loved music and could often be found listening and singing along to some his of his favorite songs while at home or out on the town. Terry also loved cooking and looked forward to getting to prepare meals for his family to enjoy. However, his greatest joy in life was the time he spent with his family, especially his children and grandchildren, who will all miss him very much. 

Terry leaves to cherish his memory his sons Terry “TJ” (Megan) Nichols & Terry Anthony Nichols III; daughters, Angenica Nichols, Jillian Nichols, Tiffany Nichols, Mia Nichols, Yomishia Kelley, and Tiara Beaty; grandchildren, Armani, Amori, Cedric, Cion, Ju Shaun, Derrick, Devi, Charon Jr., Damian, Tajon, Penelope, Angeniya, Miya, Kiya, Moriah, Kylen, Kyla, Terri, Shaelyn, Kenli, Journey, and Jaeden; three great-grandchildren; his siblings, Barbara (Carl) Williams, and Sharon (Joseph Sr.) Collier; sister-in-law, Paulette Brown; as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Oliver Nichols and Susie Nichols; his daughter, Angemeca Nichols; grandsons, Terrian Nichols & Joseph Primus; sister, Mary Sims; brothers, Charles Brown and Oliver Nichols Jr.

Family and friends are welcome to gather in celebration of Terry’s life on, Friday, February 9, 2023, from 11:00am – 2:00pm at Indiana Funeral Care, 8151 Allisonville Rd., Indianapolis, IN, 46250.
