Terry Lee Jenkins, 73, of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away Thursday, October 21, 2021, which concluded his call to endure vascular dementia.
Terry spent much of his life in service to the Lord at his local church, as well as on several mission trips in the U.S. and abroad. Along with serving God, he served others with genuine kindness from his family to his neighbors through car repairs, home improvement projects, yard work, sharing his knowledge and skill in electrical work, and so much more.
He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years and personal care giver for the last few of those years, Linda; daughter, Michelle (Troy) Fredrickson; son, Kenneth (Betsy) Jenkins; daughter, Sandra (Sam) Cundiff; ten grandchildren: Steven, Karola, Diana, Barak (Heather), Mykol (Azalea), Boaz, Ezekiel, Azariah, Ezra, Zadok; five great grandchildren; and one sister, Jerry Ann Montgomery.
A Celebration of Life for family and friends will be held at the Franklin Road Campus of The Creek Church, Indianapolis on Saturday, October 30, 2021, beginning at 1:00 p.m. with a small remembrance service at 3:00 p.m.
