In memory of our beloved husband, father and grandfather (Grampy), Terry E. Hoff 77, of Noblesville, Indiana who was called to heaven on June 19, 2021 which was his 56th anniversary with his bride, Louise Hoff.
He proudly served in the United States Army and was stationed in Berlin during the Vietnam War. In 1974 Terry received his engineering degree from Purdue University. He was an electronic engineer for Fort Wayne Channel 21 early in his career and was a Senior Staff Specialist of Product Development for 15 years at GTE. After GTE Terry was hired at Sysco foods as a Regional Sales Manager and later promoted to Food Buyer. Later, Terry worked as a systems engineer for Best lock and retired from Integrator.com.
Terry enjoyed serving the Lord and spending time with family (particularly his grandchildren). He was always ready to lend a helping hand to the church, local Cub, Boy Scouts, and neighbors. Terry did mission work for the Lord at the local Jail. He also enjoyed talking with others as a Ham Radio Operator and would attend local Hamfest on a regular basis. Terry also wrote several short stories and had patents for different items he had designed and developed. He is survived by his wife Louise Hoff, Daughter, Terri Holmes (Rick) and Son, Wesley Hoff (Wendy) alongside with his 6 grandchildren: Jacob and Tanner Holmes, Caleb, Lucy, Carly & Anna Hoff. Terry also leaves behind siblings Tom (Connie), Dan (Rosemary), Ann (Leonard Garfein), Beth (Joe Zauner), Elizabeth Waters.
Terry is preceded by his father Earl (Carol), and mother Ruth (Kenneth Gordon) and siblings Paul, Earl, and Carolyn.
