Teresa M. VonTobel

Teresa "Terri" Marie VonTobel (Corbin), 63, of Cloverdale, IN. passed Monday, August 2nd, 2021 at Community Hospital North. Terri was born April 1st, 1958 in Lancaster, CA. to Jack and Barbara Corbin. She is survived by her son and his wife, Jason and Autumn Corbin, as well as her daughter and husband, Jayme and Shane Brubaker. She had five grandchildren, Sheradin, Tommy, Bekah, Tucker and Brody. She also had one great-granddaughter, Rayna. Additionally, she is survived by her father Jack, and sisters, Debbie and Jacque. She was preceded in death by her husband, John and her mother, Barbara.

Terri was married to John Joseph VonTobel, Jr. on August 9th, 1986 at St. Pius Catholic Church in Indianapolis, IN. In 1976, she graduated from North Central High School. She attended Butler University in Indianapolis and graduated at the top of her class. She studied Radiologic Technology, earning her Associate of Science Degree. During most of her professional career, she specialized in Mammography. She dedicated her life to helping others. For her final act of selflessness, she donated herself to IU School of Medicine for students to learn to become tomorrow's doctors and nurses.

There will be a celebration of Terri's life on August 16th, 2021 at 2:00 pm. It will be held at: Indiana Funeral Care, 8151 Allisonville Rd., Indianapolis, IN 46250. In lieu of flowers, donations in her honor can be made to the American Lung Association (www.lung.org) or the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (www.bcrf.org).
