It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Susan Yoo, of Indianapolis, Indiana, on February 8, 2021. Susan passed away suddenly from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
Susan received her undergraduate degree from Northwestern University. During that time, she met and fell in love with her chemistry lab partner, Steven Kim. They would go on to get married and have two sons, Alexander and Ethan.
Susan was a fiercely dedicated mother to her children, supporting them through their many interests and instilling kindness and decency. She loved spending time with her family and friends and was passionate about tennis. She was a devoted daughter, loyal sisters, loving wife and mother, and a phenomenal friend. We will never be able to fill the void left behind by her.
Susan is survived by her husband, Steven Kim, her two sons, Alexander and Ethan, her father, Yong Sei Yoo, and sister, Sandra Yoo.
