Stephen Vern Holcomb

Stephen Vern Holcomb was a true fighter for life. Steve left our world with bravery and dignity. He lived his final years at The Harbor Manor Lodge assisted living, in Noblesville Indiana. Every day he had a smile and a joke for his friends. Through his generous heart he was always thinking about how he could help his friends in need. In his final days he compiled a list of personal items, such as his scooter, walker, kitchen table and chairs, and tools, to be given to his friends at the facility. Steve passed away March 27th 2022 at age 63 with the biggest heart that anyone could have.

Steve was born to Howard, (preceded in death) and Sally Holcomb on October 25th 1958 in Battle Creek, Michigan. He married his loving wife Kathy Holcomb. Steve had three sisters, Roana Schaeffer, Ronda Wagner and Stephanie Gough. (Twin) He was proud to be a semi- truck driver and traveled to all but two states. His favorite was Tennessee. Steve was an excellent bowler and a avid golfer he was an animal lover and had three dogs in his life-time, Demon, Jake and Milton.
A funeral service is scheduled for June 10th at 11:30 am at Newton United Methodist Church, 8804 F Dr. Ceresco, Michigan 49033. A luncheon will be served after the service at the Church.
