Sharon Lynn Ware (April 5, 1951 – November 29, 2021)
Sharon Lynn Ware, 70, went to be with the Lord on November 29, 2021. Sharon was a soft-spoken woman known for her caring and generous spirit. Her faith guided her throughout her life, and those who knew her so valued her kindness, wisdom and grace. A woman with incredible strength of character, she lived out the scriptural principles that she regularly taught to others. Her husband remembers her as a living example of Proverbs 31.
Sharon was an amazing baker and kept her Kitchenaid mixer busy whipping up cakes and pies. Much of her life revolved around her home, where she welcomed family and friends and tended to her plants and animals. A former teacher, her deep love of children shone throughout her life. In her last few years, Sharon and her collie, Champ, were often seen around the neighborhood on their daily walks.
Services will be held at College Park Church located at 2606 West 96th Street in Indianapolis on Saturday, December 4, 2021. Visitation will take place from 9-11am with services beginning at 11am.
