Sandra Rice

Sandra (Lynch) Rice, 75, passed away on March 11, 2025, in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Born on December 7, 1949, in Indianapolis, Sandra spent her life in the community she loved. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who found joy in the simple pleasures of life.

Sandra had a passion for creativity and craftsmanship. She enjoyed crocheting and sewing, creating beautiful handmade pieces that brought warmth to those around her. She also loved working on jigsaw puzzles and found great satisfaction in cooking meals for her family.

She is survived by her loving husband, Bob Rice; her daughters, Shellie Gilliland and Terri Laurenzo; her grandchildren, Courtney Lux and Trevor Laurenzo; and her great-grandson, Bentlee Gilliland; and her 5 brothers and 2 sisters. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Virginia Lynch.

Sandra's memory will live on through the love she shared with her family and friends. May those who knew her find comfort in the cherished moments they spent together.
