Sandra Phillips

Sandra Phillips, age 81, passed away on November 21, 2024.

Sandra was born in Indianapolis, IN to John Reid and Hassie Reid. Sandra was married to Charles Phillips in 1965.

Sandra was a very giving individual. She was a proud member of the Red Hat Group, participating in their events whether it was visiting nursing homes or volunteering. She also taught Sunday School at her church. She was a devoted Christian, and gave back to her community. She was also involved with Ben Davis High School, assisting with administrative duties and would work football games and other school events.

Something Sandra always enjoyed was staying in with her husband and reading a good book. She would also enjoy sharing a bottle of wine with her girlfriends.

Sandra is survived by her sons, Robert (Susan) Phillips and Charles (Teresa) Phillips; 8 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, and other family members.

She was preceded in death by Charles Phillips (Spouse), John Reid (Father), Hassie Reid (Mother), Jody Reid (Baby Sister), Sandy Phillips (Daughter), and Daniel Woodruff (Grandson).
