Sandra Louise VanDervort, more commonly known as Sandee Cullison, passed away on January 29, 2022, in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Sandee was born on August 6, 1954, in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Henry and Lida Wade.
Sandee attended Howe High School.
Family and friends meant the world to Sandee, and she touched so many lives during her time on earth. She was a beloved mother and grandmother who spent her entire life caring for her children and grandchildren, all of whom she loved dearly. Sandee survived breast cancer 3 different times and this year would have marked 28 years cancer free.
Sandee enjoyed crocheting, knitting, painting, and she NEVER missed an episode of her soaps like Young and the Restless or The Bold and Beautiful. Sandee was also a huge fan of Pepsi and you could always find her with one in her hand.
Sandee is survived by her children, John (Amy) Cullison Jr., Shelley (Bill) Perry, and Jayne Camden; grandchildren, Demi Cullison, Shlaine Sondrini, Courtney Cox, Abby Cullison, Amber Vermeulen, Megan Perry, Evan Cullison, Dilyn Cox, and Bryce Roe; great-grandchildren, Devyn Cullison, Sovereign Cochran, Kysen Sondrini, and Marley Cochran; sister, Mary Swope; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Sandee is preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Lida Wade; brothers, Richard Pate, Eugene Hammond, and Robert Case; and sister, Sarah Sauer.
Visitation will be held from 10am-2pm on Saturday, February 5, 2022, at Indiana Funeral Care, Greenwood Chapel. Funeral service will immediately follow at 2pm.
