Sandra Jeanne Loepp-West

June 2, 1945 — July 11, 2021

Sandra Jeanne Loepp-West was born on June 2nd 1945 and passed on July 11th 2021 at 4:01pm, surrounded by her loved ones.

She was employed at Bob Evans for forty four years and continued to run circles around even the youngest employees until March of 2020. Sandy is predeceased by her mother Betty Loepp, father Vernon Loepp, and brother Harry Loepp.
Sandy was a woman with a sharp wit and a kind heart. You may have found yourself to be the butt of her jokes a couple of times, but she would always put your needs above her own. She kept the spirit of Christmas with her all year long, as she always started her Christmas shopping in January! She was once an enthusiastic gift wrapper, but as time wore away at her patience, gifts would later be tossed into bags for convenience sake.
While she was out running errands, you were likely to catch her wearing her Colts and Pacers swag, since she was a die-hard fan of both teams. Her family decorated her greatly throughout the years with hats, jerseys, hoodies, jackets, and other apparel to keep in rotation.

As we reflect on Sandy’s life and feel the lingering presence of her spirit, we find that perhaps on our darkest days, it was her prayers for others that carried us through them. We will miss our phone calls from our very own weather woman, letting us know to “Get home before it gets dark out!” or to “Make sure you’re inside the house, it’s starting to rain/snow!”

Our love for Sandy continues to grow each and every day and she will be missed immensely.

Sandy is survived by her three daughters: Angela Huff, Theresa Bettis, and Kimberly Swain, as well as her three sisters: Carol, Pamela, and Diane. She leaves behind nine grandchildren: Skye, Gary, Camren, Erica, Kevin H., Eric, Sharla, Kevin V., and Monet.
