Brother Bruce A Stine (Bonnie Stine) of Genesco, IL. and Niece, Christi Plumb (Phill Plumb) of Dixon IL. Preceded in death by parents, Rev Earl and Rev Alberta Stine and Brother Earl Stine Jr. No service will be held per her request, Sandy's already in Heaven.
