Ruthe I. Rickman, 84, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Monday, October 19, 2020 at IU Hospital West in Avon, Indiana.
Ruthe was born on Friday, January 17, 1936 in Lawrence County, Missouri to the late Dan E. and Carrie G. (Lane) Gregory.
Her father was a full-blooded Cherokee Native American Indian. Ruthe was very proud of her Indian heritage. She collected Native American artifacts and taught lectures about her heritage.
Ruthe is survived by her children, Mark Skow, Robin Rushton, Shaun Skow; grandchildren, Julina, Josh, Angela, David, Jonathan, Collin, Matthew, Shea, Shauna, Randall, Andrew, Jonathan, and Heather.
She joins her parents, Dan, and Carrie Gregory; husband, Donald Rickman; sons, Randall Rickman, Michael Rickman; siblings, Earl Gregory, Ellsworth Gregory, Tilford Gregory and Shirlene Snider in her heavenly home.
