Ruth Martha Boroczk (Swanson) died peacefully on February 21, 2021 of natural causes at the age of 98.
Born in Chicago, Illinois on April 4, 1922. She was 1 of 6 children born to Wilamina and Albert Swanson. She married Emery Joseph Boroczk on Dec 5, 1942 in Chicago, Illinois. They were married for 49 years, he proceeded her in death in 1991. They had three children who survive, Judith Ann Hickman (Robert) of Fishers, Indiana, Dennis Michael Boroczk (Teresa) of Georgetown, Texas, and Cynthia Louise Schrader of New Albay, Indiana. She is survived by 8 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren.
Ruth lived in North Liberty, Indiana in her own home until she was 92 years old. For the last 6 years she resided in Indianapolis, Indiana close to family.
There will be a celebration of life where her remains will be united with her husbands remains at Highland Cemetery, South Bend, Indiana at a date to be announced.
She was greatly loved and will be missed but is now dancing in heaven with Emery.
