Rose Willis, born on August 2, 1947, in Batesville, Indiana, passed away peacefully on January 29, 2025, in Avon, Indiana. A beloved mother, sister, and grandmother, Rose's life was filled with love and cherished moments with her family.

She is survived by her sons, Brian Willis and Kevin Willis; her sisters, Connie Blakley and Penny Reese; her brothers, William (Anita) Sandlin and Jerry Sandlin; and her treasured grandchildren, Mackenzie Willis, Kennadi Willis, Claudia Willis, and Jackson Willis. Rose also leaves behind many nieces and nephews who will fondly remember her warmth and love.

Rose was predeceased by her parents, Ruth Ann Lanning Cox and William Sandlin, and her siblings, Barb Day and Sonja Daily. She also grieves the loss of her granddaughter, Sydney Willis, who brought immense joy to her life.

In honor of Rose's memory, family and friends are invited to gather for a viewing at IFC Greenwood, located at 2433 E. Main St., Greenwood, Indiana, on February 4, 2025. The first viewing will take place from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM, followed by a second viewing from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Rose's legacy will live on through the many lives she touched with her kindness and love.

She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
