Ronnie Hornsby

Ronnie Lee Hornsby, 55 of Indianapolis, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, April 11, 2023. 

Ronnie was born on June 8, 1967, in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Michael Hornsby and Luana McAllister.

Ronnie enjoyed fishing, watching wrestling, and spending time with his entire family. 

Ronnie is survived by his wife of 20 years, Ruth Hornsby; children, Ronnie Hornsby (Bryanna Madison), Nick Hornsby (Ashley Lovell), Keith Crouch (Kerrie Bradburn), Jessica Hill (Jeremiah Witherspoon); 11 grandchildren, Gracelynn, Aarianna, Harmony (Nappy), Bailey (Boo Boo), Haley (Tator), C.J., Kaylie (Whitey), Juliette, Karsyn (Noodle), Raelynn (Heavy), and Jayden; sister, Shelly (Steve) Farr; his favorite aunt, Letha Wynn (Big L); nieces, Stephanie (Scrappy) and Shannon (Shay baby); nephew, Stevie; great nieces, Bella and Caydence; and great-nephew, Lucas. 

He is preceded in death by his father, Michael Hornsby; mother, Luana McAllister; and beloved stepfather, Mike McAllister. 

Visitation will be held Tuesday, April 25, 2023, 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM at Indiana Funeral Care, Greenwood Chapel.

Funeral service begins at 1:00 PM.

Ronnie will be laid to rest at Washington Park East Cemetery.
