Ronald L. "Berchel" Cochran

Ronald L. (Berchel) Cochran, 60, of Whiteland, Indiana passed away March 13, 2025, at Franciscan Hospital, Indianapolis.

He was born on February 1, 1965, to Thomas L. Cochran and Beverly S. (Ragsdale) Stockton in Franklin, Indiana.

Ronnie was a roofer most of his life working with family. In his later years he became known as scrappin Ron. He loved scrapping and finding many unique treasures along the way. Ronnie was a shining light with a big personality and caring heart to all his family and friends. He loved to joke, was always smiling and loved his McDonalds, he went every morning.

Ronnie is survived by his father and stepmom, Thomas and Rose Cochran; sister, Angie Couch (Donnie); nieces, Tiffany Blackburn, Sara Couch; nephews, Donnie Blackburn, Aden Blackburn, Jace Blackburn and Noah Mills.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Beverly S. Stockton and brother, Larry Wayne Cochran.

Visitation is Thursday, March 20, 2025, 11:30 am until 1:30 pm at Indiana Funeral Care, Greenwood Chapel.

Funeral service will begin at 1:30 pm.

Burial to immediately follow at Greenlawn Cemetery, Franklin, Indiana.
