Robert Otis Glover

Robert O. Glover (Bob Glover) was born June 24, 1942, to Raymond E. Glover and Elsie Hankins Glover in Rushville, Indiana, and passed away on Dec. 4 at St. Francis Hospital, Greenwood, Indiana.

Bob was the father of Christina Glover, now deceased, and Robbie Glover, North Carolina from previous marriages. He was married to Nancy Bane Glover who proceeded him in death.

Bob was a Vietnam veteran, where he spent two terms. He was wounded and was awarded the purple heart. He was then given a 100 percent disability discharge.

Bob is survived by his sister Phyllis Gotcher, and sister Marty Schwier, both from Manilla, Indiana. He was preceded in death by brothers, Donald R. And John T. Glover, two half-sisters, Helen Jarboe and Lorna Bills. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and, caretaker niece, Jennifer Raisor from Cheraw, South Carolina.

Bob was a member of Hope Baptist Church, Rushville, Indiana. He enjoyed fishing, traveling, finding new gadgets, and spending time with his family.

Bob is to buried in Madison, Indiana at the Veterans Cemetery.
