Richard Stephen Binion

Richard Binion, 70, passed away on March 29, 2025, in Daleville, IN.

Richard Binion was born on August 7, 1954 in Anderson, IN, to Billy Binion and Hallie Binion.

Richard graduated from Chrysler High School and went on to earn an Associates Degree from Ivy Tech. He worked for U-Haul as a Mechanic for 17 years until he retired due to health.

Richard married Terri (Sparks) Binion in 1986. The couple had 3 children, Shawn Binion, Jeremy Binion, Travis Wright.

Richard was best known for his love of model train layouts, 3D printing and "tinkering", but his favorite pastime was spending time with his grandbabies.

Richard is survived by his wife Terri Binion of Daleville. Sons - Shawn Binion of Daleville, Jeremy (Chelsea) Binion of Anderson, Travis Wright of Indianapolis, grandson Alistair Binion, grandaughter Olivia Binion, grandaughter in heart Camryn French, brother Jack (Charlene) Binion of Arkansas, brother-in-law Todd Sparks. Several nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Richard is preceded in death by his parents Billy and Hallie Binion, brother-in-law Tony Sparks, Sister-in-law Tina Sample, Mother and Father-in-law Jim and Mary Sparks.

Steve requested not to have a service and will be cremated and eventually buried at Green Hills Memory Garden,
