Rhonda Faye Imran (Balsley), 62, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, July 12th 2020, in Greenwood, Indiana. Born on October 26th 1957 in Indianapolis, Rhonda was the daughter of Eveyln G. Wright.
She worked at St. Francis Hospital as a Patient Financial Coordinator and took pride in her work. Throughout her life she held a few other occupations in Realty and also Genealogy. Rhonda had an affinity for antiques, handmade pottery, and really anything that had a history or backstory to be discovered. She enjoyed nature and especially fishing and had an appreciation for the beautiful things in life, whether they were large or small. On holidays, Rhonda always made a special effort to be a good host and prepare delicious home cooked meals for everyone to enjoy. Her grandchildren were very special to her and she loved spending time with them. She always put others before herself, no questions asked, and made friends wherever she went.
Rhonda was preceded in death by her mother, Evelyn G. Wright; her maternal grandmother and grandfather, Wilma and Cecil Grubbs, and her maternal aunt, Patricia Grubbs.
She is survived by her two daughters Kristin Ellis (Clemmer) and Alyssa Imran; her son in law, Russell Ellis; her grandchildren, Vincent, Wade, Keaton, and Ashton Ellis, her maternal aunts, Gloria J. Wright (Grubbs) and Mary J. Willbanks (Grubbs); her cousins, Kimberly Willbanks, Rhonda Arnold, Chad Wright, Tony Wright; her very best friend, Steffani Brooks, and numerous other family and friends.
Family and friends will gather to celebrate the life of Rhonda from 5:00 to 7:00 PM on Friday, July 24th 2020 at Indiana Funeral Care at 2433 E. Main Street, Greenwood, IN 46143.
