Randall Eric Ferguson was born on Monday September 27, 1954, to Gilbert and Eula Ferguson.
He was the fourth of five children including sisters: Gail (Bob) Matheson, Sharon (Jerry) Porter, Debbie (Vince) Vertucci and the late Lori (Damon) Eacret.
After graduating from Warren Central High School in Indianapolis he worked in a number of businesses but later became a musician. He performed in a number of bands and is credited with starting Indiana's first punk rock band. His nick name was Randy "Creep" and was one of the earliest musicians to combine country music with reggae music.
Randy was the lead singer for the Rastabilly Rebels and enjoyed enormous popularity in the late '80s and early '90s performing throughout the Indianapolis area. He will be missed but we rejoice in knowing he shared his gift of music with many. He will always be in our hearts and memories.
