Rachel Kay Perez

Rachel Kay Perez, 30 of Franklin, Indiana, passed away on December 8, 2021.

Rachel was born on August 30, 1991 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Gregory Brian Davis and Jennifer Jo Clark.

Rachel enjoyed spending time with her family, traveling to see the ocean, jet skiing, dancing and singing, but above all things, she loved JESUS.

Rachel was close with her immediate family, and she loved her girls more than anything. They were her entire heart and soul and were very special to her.

Rachel is survived by her parents; Jennifer (Kevin) Clark and Gregory Davis; daughters, Ava M. and Mya J. Perez; twin sister, Rhea L. Davis; brother, Brandon A. Reed; nieces, Aliya L. Totten, Abigail G. Hollman, and Sophia Reed; nephews, Brayden Totten, Konner Reed, and Karson Reed.

Rachel is preceded in death by her grandmother, Laura Donovan.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 23, 2021 from 12pm-2pm at Indiana Funeral Care, Greenwood Chapel. The funeral service will immediately follow at 2pm.
