Phyllis Jean Weber

October 6, 1950 — November 12, 2021

Phyllis “Jeanne” Weber peacefully passed away on the morning of November 12th, 2021
at her home in Indianapolis, Indiana. She is survived by her loving husband John Weber, her
daughter Kendra Weber-Crowe, her grandchildren Beau Matthews, Alexis Bell, and Cole Bell,
siblings Roberta (Leo Sr.) Hays and Arthur (Janet) Sommers, and sister-in-laws Pat Hottenstein,
Sue (Dan) Kerlin, and Linda (Ron) Tipton. Jeanne has joined her siblings Gail Sommers Payne,
and George Sommers in the presence of the Lord.

Jeanne was born on October 6th, 1950 in Bellevue, Ohio to Vernon and Phyllis
Sommers. She graduated from Bettsville Highschool in 1968 and married John Weber on
January 22nd, 1972. She was a loving and caring person to all the people in her life. Jeanne
brought light and grace into all the hearts that she touched. Her smile and laugh would liven up
every room she walked into and her soul radiated a positive energy. Jeanne loved to read, shop,
and was an avid collector of crafts. She worked many years with WellPoint/Medicare helping all
those she could, both customers and coworkers alike. There was nothing she loved more than
going on family trips to visit her daughter and grandchildren. She would take her family to see
nature and all the beauty it had to offer. She passionately took photos of and with all of the
things and people she loved.

Jeanne will be dearly missed by those who knew her, but now she is home in the comfort
and safety of the Lord. She may be gone now, but the light she left will be carried by those who
love her forever.
