Penny Lee Flecker

Penny Lee Flecker, 57, of Indianapolis, unexpectedly passed away on December 16, 2020. Penny was born on October 14, 1963, in Indianapolis, IN to Shirley Ends-Cook and Charles Ends.

She graduated in 1982 from Warren Central High School. Penny was married to her husband, Kevin J. Flecker, for nearly 30 years, with whom she shared two children. Penny worked in Civilian Pay for the Department of Defense for 24 years. She absolutely loved her two grandchildren and spending time with them was her favorite thing to do.

Penny is survived by her husband, Kevin J. Flecker, her son, Kevin M. Flecker, her daughter, Karri M. Flecker, her granddaughter Nevaeh Lynn Flecker and grandson Kingston Gareth Hire, also survived by her sister Pam Davis (Darrell) her sister Traci Neal (Tommy) and her brother Larry Cook Jr. (Amy).

She is preceded in death by her mother and father, her sisters Debbie Cook (Mark) and Sandy Plumhoff, and her brother Robert (Bobby) Ends.

Funeral Service will be at 1:00pm on Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at Indiana Funeral Care, 8151 Allisonville Road, Indianapolis, IN 46250. Visitation prior to service from 11am - 1pm. Burial to follow at West Newton Cemetery, located in West Newton, IN.
