Paulette Jackson, 67, of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday May 27, 2020.
Paulette attended Harry E. Wood High School. She worked for IPS doing printing services until she retired and then began working at Peerless Pump. A diligent and committed worker, Paulette retired from Peerless Pump in 2018.
Paulette loved to spend time with family. She was an amazing cook and enjoyed preparing meals for her family regularly. A gracious host, she made everyone feel welcomed into her home. She liked crocheting and spending time with her granddaughter Laiylah. Paulette showed considerable strength in life and had immeasurable faith.
Paulette is survived by her daughter Lenean (Anthony) Washington, and sons Jonathan Jones and Byron (Motique) Jones. She leaves to cherish grandchildren Laiylah Washington, TyAire Orr, Heaven Orr, David White, and Dareonia Martin. She also leaves behind four sisters, two brothers, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Paulette was predeceased by her parents, Mary and Paul Jackson Sr. She was also preceded in death by a sister and two brothers.
Donations may be made in Paulette's memory to the American Lung Association in Indiana.
