Patricia Burgess

Patricia Ann Burgess, 79, of Avon, Indiana passed away on June 29, 2023, surrounded by family. She was born in Ft. Wayne, Indiana on October 9, 1943, to the late Manford and Jeanette (Greider) Adams.

She cared deeply for her family and will be remembered for her love of animals, classical music, ballet, reading, and singing in the church choir.

Patricia is preceded in death by her sister Ann Adams and ex-husband C. Brice Garriott.  She is survived by her brothers Ralph Adams and James (Cheryl) Adams; her husband Orval Burgess; her children Gary Garriott and Christa (Wayne) Claridge; and grandchildren Grant, Bryce, and Jessica Claridge.

A private celebration of life will be held for family at a later date.
