Norma Ruth Baxter

Norma Ruth Marshall Baxter, 88, was welcomed back into her Heavenly Father’s arms on Monday, July 3. Norma had a host of angels waiting for her as she entered Heaven’s Gates including the love of her life, Bill, parents Clyde and Mattie Marshall, brother Ted Marshall, and nephew Rick Marshall as well as many other family members and friends.

As in life, Norma will continue watching over all those she loved including Lori (Tom) Farris, Lisa (Dave Norman) Baxter, LuAnne Baxter, Jody Baxter, her grandchildren Jenni (Jon), Chrissy, Angie (Aaron), Rob (Morgan), Melissa, Lori (Kelly), Rodney, Tyler, Nick (Kizzi), Jamie (Cory), Richard (Kaylen), Kelsey and Jorden (Matt). Norma had many great grand children including Sean, Liam, Lily, Kal, Copeland, Tyler Jr., and  Corey, as well as her great, great grandchild Raelynn. She so loved her cousins, nieces and nephews.

 Friends? If you knew her, you know that Mom didn’t have friends, just extended family. She immediately adopted all of you as one of her own. You were all in her prayers every night before she fell asleep.

Her memorial is postponed for a later date. Flowers are beautiful, but I’m sure Mom would be thrilled if you shared that gift with a donation to your favorite charity or thru a random act of kindness. Reach out to an old friend, mend a relationship, or just tell someone you love them. This completely embodies her loving spirit. She truly was an angel walking among us.
