Nicholette Lee

On February 12, 2025 Nicholette "Nicki" Lee passed away at the age of 73 at Community South Hospital. Nicholette was born on August 4, 1951 in Seymour, IN to May (Normington) Weddel and Neal Weddel. She attended Triton Central High School, graduating class of 1969. She married Daniel J. Lee in 1971 and had two children.

She worked for Franklin Township Community Schools as an Instructional Assistant for most of her career and retired from there in 2012. She was the rock of our family. She was a loving and dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend. She loved working on puzzles, coloring, reading, visiting with friends and taking care of her dog, Zoe. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her, but we will cherish the memories that she leaves behind.

She is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Jim Weddel.

She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Daniel Lee; Her children, Daughter and son-in-law, Danielle (Brian) Milligan; Son and daughter- in -law, Jeremy (Abbie Flowers-Lee) Lee; Grandchildren, Bryan Milligan, Lauren Milligan, Aubrey Lee, Ava Lee, Calista Flowers and James Flowers.

Her services will be held at Indiana Funeral Care on Saturday, March 15, 2025. Visitation from 11am-1pm and service at 1 pm.
