Nava Marie Williams, 85 passed away on Monday, April 19, 2021, in her home surrounded by her family
Nava was born on November 18, 1935, in Indianapolis, IN. She was the 13th child of Leo Lambert Wildrick and Elizabeth Deflo Wildrick. Nava and her husband Chuck were married 48 years and were the proud parents of 5 children, 8 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
She was a member of Englewood Christian Church and Hunter Road Bible Church. Nava trusted in the Lord with all her heart. She was a devoted Christian. What I do for others is like doing for Jesus Christ was often said by Nava.
Nava was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and aunt and she was a mother and grandmother figure to countless neighbors and friends. She loved studying the word, maintaining her many flower beds, playing her piano and singing, working puzzles. Spending time with her family was her favorite thing to do.
In addition to her parents, Nava is preceded in death by her husband, Chuck Williams and her son, Robert Lynn Williams, and countless other love ones.
Survivors include her loving children; Chuck Williams Jr., Anna M. Williams, Steven Williams, Connie Havlin.
Funeral services will be held at Indiana Funeral Care, 8151 Allisonville Road, Indianapolis on Friday, April 23, 2021, at 1 pm with visitation starting at 10 am. Graveside service at Washington Park East Cemetery.
