Naomi Lee Fedor

April 13, 1948 — September 7, 2022

Indianapolis

A devoted wife for 54 years to her surviving husband, Jody, and mother to her two surviving sons, Chris and Brian, Naomi passed away at her home in Indianapolis, Indiana on Wednesday, September 7th, 2022 at the age of 74. She had been a member of St. Luke's Catholic Church for over 40 years and felt a closeness to her Creator through her unwavering faith and daily prayers.

Those who knew her easily felt her love through her caring and supportive ways, whether it was while reflecting upon her beloved daughter-in-laws, Christine and Rachel, or sharing the pride she felt about her grandchildren, Victoria, Ethan, Eleanor (Ellie) and Evan.

Naomi is also survived by her brother, Philip Smith and his wife, Tammie, of Largo, Florida.

Throughout her life, Naomi offered support, encouragement and guidance to her loved ones and made certain that the home was filled with warmth and reflected her desire to provide the type of special experiences around holidays, birthdays and special occasions that would be cherished for years to come.

She worked in a wide range of jobs which allowed her to serve and connect with others while having an opportunity to learn new things while engaging her mind and abilities.

Naomi had a passion of keeping a historical record of her life through photo albums to capture the love and good times that she was blessed to share with others. She always enjoyed music, nature and, later in life, watching sports of many kinds. She also possessed an artistic side which she expressed through various activities, including crafts and coloring mandalas.

The funeral service is expected to be held during the second half of October 2022. Additional details will be forthcoming. This page will be updated with those details once they are available, so please check back at a later time.

In lieu of sending flowers or other gifts of sympathy, the family asks that donations be made in memory of Naomi to either of the following organizations:
