On November 26, 2023 Nancy E. (Skinner) Hall 81 of Anderson, Indiana passed away at home from an extended illness. Nancy is survived by her parents, the late Albert G & Lena (Martin) Skinner. Her late husband Bobbie J Hall. She is survived by her sons Brian (Jennifer) Hall of Anderson, In Eric (Tresa) Hall Anderson, In Grandaughters, Nichole (Michael) Green of Tallahassee, Fl Brianna Hall & Olivia Hall (at home) Anderson, In Brandon (Ashley) Raymer of Markleville, In.

I lived with Brian & Jennifer Hall & family. Grandparents the late George M & Artie B Skinner & Nick & Elizabeth Martin.

She was born in Anderson Indiana January 23,1942. She graduated from Anderson High School in 1959..Ball State Teachers College 1963 & Ball State University 1966 with a masters degree in Education. She married Bobbie Jack Hall July 21, 1963 they were married over 50 years before Jacks passing.

They did a lot of traveling through the years..visited Canada several times..they traveled out west numerous times. In 1996 they visited Africa with other teachers she worked with. She enjoyed many hobbies through the years gardening, reading, traveling, going to rummage sales and flea markets. She especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, they were her pride & joy. She would visit Mesa Arizona once a year to spend time with her cousin Marylee Leeland, they were like sisters.

Her & Jack traveled a lot especially to Gold Arrow Camp in Canada family vacations to Wyoming, Jack was raised in Sheridan Wyoming. Many trips through the badlands, Mt Rushmore,Yellowstone & Grand Canyon.

They spent many winter months enjoying their 5th wheel in Mesa Arizona.

But most of all she LOVED teaching. She taught over 30 years in education and touched the lives of over 600 students. She started teaching at South Madison Community Schools in 1974 & retired in 1999 from East Elementary School. She was chosen for WHO’S WHO AMONG AMERICA'S TEACHER AWARD in 1990, 1992, and 2006 visited Washington and met the President two times for the award.

She was a member of Main Street Church of God Anderson, Indiana

A celebration of life for her will be held in January 2024.
