Melinda Krupp

Melinda “Linda” E. Krupp was a caring wife, sister and friend. She left this world suddenly on January 22, 2022 at the age of 61.

Linda was born to Paul and Beatrice Krupp in Indianapolis, Indiana. She attended and graduated from Decatur Central High School where she excelled as a diver for the high school. After graduation she went on to attend and graduated from Cosmetology school in 1979 and became a licensed hairstylist. In 1987 she opened her own business named “Cut Loose Hair Salon” and had a very steady clientele which she enjoyed thoroughly for the next 35 years.

Linda married her best friend Ed Welch on November 14, 2017. Ed and Linda enjoyed sitting on their deck, watching the squirrels and birds in their back yard, loved taking long leisure walks in the woods and putting together puzzles.

Linda is survived by her loving husband Ed, three sisters, Kathy (Rex Harrold), Patty (Dave Simon), Terri, and sister-in-law Connie Krupp McCarthy (Michael Krupp, deceased); nephews Nick Harrold and Aaron Krupp; nieces Lauren Haines and Whitney Swanson along with several great nephews and nieces. Linda is preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Beatrice Krupp, her brother Michael Krupp, and a nephew Joseph Harrold.
