Maud Theriot

Maud passed peacefully Friday August 30, 2024 at St.Francis Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana surrounded by her two sons, her grandson, her niece, two daugther in laws and granddaugther inlaw.

Maud was born and raised in Theriot, Lousiana. Maud is proceeded in death by her parents Emile Honore' Theriot Sr. and Maude Trosclair Theriot of Theriot, Lousiana, her brother Emile Honore' Theriot JR "Sonny" , and her cousin Arleen Trosclair Hebert.

She is survived by her two brothers, Bernard Theriot (Judy) of Gailiano, LA and James Theriot (Judy) of Houma, LA and Barbara Theriot widower of Emile Honore' Theriot JR. Maud is also survived by her two sons Hoyt Pragnell (Kathalene) of Effingham IL and Dirk Pragnell (Jodie) of Indianapolis, Daughter Tanya McAdams (Jason) of Indianapolis, two Grandsons, Seth Pragnell (Leah) of Indianapolis, Wayne "Mikey" Klingman of Los Angeles, CA and 1 Great Granddaughter Olivia Kay Pragnell. And many more family both of Houma,LA and Indianapolis,IN.

Maud had a wonderful career in health care that she loved deeply. Maud had a smile that would light up a room and a laugh that was so contagious. Maud had a big heart and loved everyone very much and would give the shirt off her back for you. There will never be another like her and she will be greatly missed but now her watch has ended.

Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon them. May their souls and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen. Like the seed buried in the ground, you have produced the harvest of eternal life for us; make us always dead to sin and alive to God.
