Mary Virginia Grace Nicholson

Mary Virginia Grace Nicholson was born April 4, 1945 in Clarksville, Tennessee, on of twelve children. Mary confessed a hope in Christ and was baptized at an early age. Mary would take part in church as the pianist and choir director anywhere she could be of help most of all she loved singing.
Mary was a very strong woman, she provided a home filled with love, strong values and a sound belief in Jesus Christ. Mary would ensure that all her children also understood that above all that each of them must believe in Christ and accept him as Lord and Savior.
Mary, depending on how you knew her, would truly say that she will be greatly missed. Mary was a person that would lend a helping hand to those that were in need, are hungry, Mary would take the food off her stove and offer it to you, homeless, she would offer you a place in her home. Mary would truly do everything she could to help you as long as she had the means to do so. Mary was a person that would be there if you needed her, no matter who you were. To the people she would meet along the way they would call her an “Angel” because she treated everyone like family.
On Thursday, October 10th 2019 our beloved was called home to forever rest in Heaven. She leaves to cherish her memories; husband, Samuel Nicholson; son, Samuel R. Nicholson and three daughters, Crisena Casey, Kay Nicholson and Carla (William) Sargenti; one surviving brother, Rosevelt Tramill, a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren with many relatives and friends, and yes, even her extended family, everyone she came in contact with while extending a helping hand.
