Marilyn Hurst, 86, of Carmel, Indiana and formerly a resident of Hudson, Ohio, passed away Saturday, October 31, 2020.
Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents, Anna and Gordon Christensen, her husband Craig and her sister, Joan Smith. She is survived by her sister, Gail Craft (Ed), her 4 children, Pam Henstchel (Gary), Jill Burns (Scott), Tom Hurst (Ron Gordy), Ted Hurst (Julie), 9 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.
Marilyn was born in Summit, New Jersey on November 2, 1933. She grew up in Springfield, NJ, graduated from Kent Place High School and attended Dickinson College.
She married her husband, Craig of Glen Ridge, New Jersey in 1957. Marilyn was a supportive wife, a devoted and loving mother and grandmother who will be greatly missed.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 7th at 5:00 p.m. at Harry W. Moore Chapel, 8151 Allisonville Rd, Indianapolis, with visitation starting at 4:00 p.m.
