Leonard Richardson

Leonard Eugene Richardson passed away peacefully at home with his wife at his side on March 25th, 2024. He was born on June 23rd, 1949 to Leonard and Ernestine (Whitesell) Richardson.

He worked at Public Service and ATA for many years. He was a member of the Moose Lodge and American Legion for many years as well. He loved music, fishing, traveling, western movies, and books. He also loved to play music and sing karaoke.

He leaves behind his loving wife, Sharon; his sister, Ellen Nail; brother-in-law, Kevin; son, Jamey (Kim) Richardson; three granddaughters, Sammy, Jessie, and Izzy; two nephews, Zach Nail (Jill) and Jeremy Nail (Amber); one niece, Randi Bradley (Nick); aunt Diana Whitesell (Melvin); and eight great nieces and nephews, Cody, Haley, Jaxon, Amanda, Alex, Lilly, Libby, and Bella.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard and Ernestine (Whitesell) Richardson; both paternal and maternal grandparents, Ernest and Freda (Ham) Whitesell, Lester and Ellen (Whitaker) Richardson; and several other family members.

There will be a memorial service at a later date.
