Kyler Charles Sampson Cook

Kyler Charles Sampson Cook was born on the 7^th of August 2022 at 6:31pm to MacKenzie Rene’ Cook. He was with us for a mere 54 minutes – but in those 54 minutes he breathed on his own and left an eternal mark on many hearts. Kyler was a beautiful baby. His short life will be remembered as a blessing for he touched numerous lives. Kyler died at 7:25pm on the 7^th of August 2022.

Kyler is survived by his beautiful and strong Mommy, MacKenzie Rene’ Cook, and his precious big sister Kaleah Elizabeth Manning. As well as his Grandmother, Tammy D. (Sampson) Moon; Grandfather and Nini, Matthew D. & Jamie Cook; Uncle: Tristan Moon; Aunts: Katelynn & Emily Cook (and cousins: Clayton & Chloe); as well as Amanda, Nolen, and Brennen Hammer and Dustin Surber (step-aunt & step uncles); Great-Grandmother Glenda Scott (Smith) Sampson Ramirez & Al; Great-Grandmother Barbara Lee; Great-Grandfather Robert Cook & Susan as well as Several Great-Aunts and Great-Uncle.

Kyler was preceded in death and now joins in Heaven his loving Great-Grandfather - James Andrew Sampson (12/10/1943 to 08/19/2004) and numerous other family members.
