Kay Ellen Fisher

Kay Ellen Fisher (Rooney), 75, of Cicero, Indiana, passed away January 1, 2023. Kay is survived by her husband Jeff Fisher, daughter Kelli Booth (Tom), son Ben Fisher (Jessica), grandchildren Michael and Rebecca Booth, step grandchildren Julia and Zane Cooper and brother Larry Rooney.

Kay had the kindest heart and would lend an ear or a hand to anyone who needed it.  She will forever be remembered for her skill of crafting plates and teapots into beautiful yard art.  Kay met and became close friends with many of the crafters at indoor and outdoor festivals around Indiana.

Kay requested a celebration of her life instead of a funeral.  The celebrations will be held the first week of spring, Friday March 24, 2023 11 am – 3 pm, at her daughter’s home in Pendleton, Indiana.

In lieu of flowers please honor Kay’s fierce battle against cancer with a donation to the American Cancer Society. Donations can be made at her celebration of life open house or online at donate3.cancer.org.
