Kathryn lived a full life starting in Pittsburgh, PA on July 20th, 1957 until her passing in Noblesville, IN on January 24th, 2022 after battling a degenerative muscular disorder, Multiple System Atrophy, for the last 5 years. She was 64 years old at the time of her death.
Kathy (as her family knows her) graduated from Upper Arlington High School in 1975. She went on to study at The Ohio State University, where she earned a Masters degree in Speech Pathology. This led her to work in education as a specialist. She worked with young children improving their speech and reading skills. She absolutely loved her job.
She was married in Ohio on July 2nd, 1983. She moved to Redmond, WA for 16 years, then to Zionsville, IN for17 years, then to Noblesville, IN for the last 4 and a half years.
At each home she took pride in her yard. Gardening was her hobby. She made sure there was always something blooming from early spring to late fall. She did this to attract the birds and butterflies, two of her favorite things. She also loved the beach. Looking for shells was a passion of hers.
More than anything in life she absolutely loved her family. She is survived by her husband Martin of 38 years, son’s Patrick, 37, Michael, 35 and Kevin, 31, his wife Caitlin and granddaughter Magnolia. Kathryn’s father David Miller, her sister Kristy (husband Jack) Berger, her brother Michael (wife Vicki) Miller, and her sister Jennifer (husband Don) King. She is preceded in death by her mother Molly Miller (Zoog) and brother Jeff Miller.
Memorial services will be held February 18th. Visitation from 3-4PM, services from 4-5PM.
