Kathleen Campbell

Kathleen (Kack) Campbell, age 94, passed away on November 6, 2019.

Kathleen was born and raised in Indianapolis and was preceded in death by her parents and six siblings. At the age of 41, she lost her husband, George Wallace Campbell.

With the untimely loss of her spouse, she was first and foremost a dedicated mother. As she raised three successful daughters, she had an accomplished career as an Executive Fundraiser for United Way of Central Indiana.

Kathleen was known for her feisty, quick-witted, and tenacious personality. She was extremely proud of her seven grandchildren and was blessed with two, soon to be three, great grandchildren.

Kathleen is survived by her daughters: Julie (Gary) Widett, Phyllis (Kevin) Campbell, and Amy (Bill) McDowell.

Kathleen was a member of Holy Spirit of Geist. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 9 in the chapel at Our Lady Of Peace Cemetery, 9001 Haverstick Rd. Visitation will be from 12-1 p.m. immediately followed by a Catholic mass.
