Karen Ellen Snider, 83, of Frankfort, Indiana passed away on October 26, 2021. She was born January 22, 1938, to Paul and Anna Snider in Russellville, Ohio. Karen retired from the Greenwood Post Office in June of 2000. After her retirement she volunteered at a few different church camps in Indiana, Kentucky, and Georgia. She was always ready for a trip or an adventure (Uncle Wiggly experience). She loved playing cards and the occasional board game/puzzles with her friends and family, or any willing participant. She enjoyed gospel music; Hoosier Harmony was her favorite quartet. Her grandkids got to enjoy them as well (since they traveled with her to see them). She is survived by her sons Mike Lewis and Greg Lewis (Melissa), daughter Karen Ann (Ricci) Chandler; seven grandchildren, Jenna (Nate) Rogers and CK Lewis, Jordan Lewis and Shelby (Braden) Clark, Cameron, Luke, and Levi Chandler; three great grandchildren Malachi and Mia Chandler, Brysen Clark. She is also survived by her sisters Berta Moffett, Golda Wilson (Bud), and her brother Ronnie Snider (Sheryl). She was preceded in death by her parents Paul and Anna Snider.
Visitation will be held on Saturday November 6th, 2021, from 1:00p.m. to 4:00p.m. at Indiana Funeral Care 2433 East Main St. Greenwood In. 46143. With services starting at 4:00p.m. Burial immediately following at Rocklane Cemetery.
