June Imbler

June Ann Imbler, 86, of Indianapolis, passed away June 24, 2020, in the presence of Clarke, her high school sweetheart and husband of 66 ½ years. The daughter of Joseph R. and Volena P. Wenger of Kokomo, IN, June was the mother of Stewart Clarke (Michelle) Imbler and Jeanette Lynne (Francis) Lucente, the, grandmother of five, the great-grandmother of one, and she had many nephews and nieces.

June and Clarke were blessed with a long and joy filled marriage. It was replete with the rewards of parenting, the support of career, residency in multiple states and cities, service and participation in various Christian organizations, and international travel with friends and family. During it all, June created and maintained a warm and nurturing family- focused home.
Circumstances permitting, a memorial of June’s life will be held on her birthday, November 7.
