From an early age, she displayed a passion for education and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others. After graduating from Northwest High School, Julie pursued higher education at Indiana University, where she completed her undergraduate degree. Her thirst for knowledge led her to attend Graduate School at IUPUI.
