Muncie- Judith Wilber 65, of Muncie In, passed away Wednesday December 29th, 2021 at IU Ball Memorial Hospital following an extended illness. She was born July 16th 1956 to Wanda and Chester Rouse.
Judy was a stay at home mom and nana that loved her family to the core. She married the love of her life on July 14th, 1982
She is survived by her loving husband Donald Wilber, Loyal dog Capone. Children; Heather Clement, Jamie (Sheila) Adams, Suzanna Reed, Joe Boles, Brandon (Dawn) Wilber, Brittany (Dustin) Wallace. One surviving brother, Dave (LouAnn) Rouse. Several Grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is also survived by special niece Miranda Montero, and several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her mother Wanda and father Chester. Brothers, Scott, Jerry, Bob, Richard, Ronald. Twin sister and best friend Janet Reynolds.
Cremation is taking place at Indiana Funeral Care in Indianapolis.
