Jerry J. Betz

Jerry J. Betz 33, of Ragesdale, Indiana, passed away on Monday October 12, 2020. He was born June 30, 1987 in Lake Village, Indiana to Jerry L. and Julia L. Betz.

Jerry attended North Newton Jr. Sr. School in Morocco, Indiana. He previously has worked for a local Amish construction company. Jerry loved to help anyone he can and work on cars, he enjoyed helping his dad around in the garage working on cars and doing small projects around the house.

He is survived by his parents Jerry L. and Julia L. ( Blackburn ) Betz of Lake Village, Indiana; his beloved brothers, Joel H. ( Nikki Schuelke) Betz of Lake Village, Indiana, Jeffrey L. (Sarah) Betz of Morocco, Indiana, and Joshua J. (Katie) Betz of DeMotte, Indiana;
5 nephews Jensen, Owen, Axel, Gage, and Oliver; maternal grandfather, George w. Blackburn; and many aunts uncles and cousins.

Jerry is preceded in death by his fraternal grandparents, Joel and Lois Betz; maternal grandparents Roy and Joan L. Whitaker; step grandmother, Sandy Blackburn; and uncle, Joel P. Betz

A private goodbye for immediate family was held at Indiana Funeral Care and Cremation in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Family and friends may join us on Saturday October 17, 2020, at the Morocco Community Center, 409 south Polk Street, Morocco, Indiana from 2-6 pm for a memorial for Jerry.

If you would like to send flowers or cards please get in contact with family members for there will be no one at the community center that will be able to accept them before or after the memorial.
