Javier Mendoza Ramirez

Javier Mendoza Ramirez, 57, of Indianapolis, passed away on June 27, 2020

Javier was preceded in death by his mother: Esperanza Ramirez Tapia.

Javier was born in Guadalajara Mexico on July 24, 1962 to his parents Jose Mendoza and Esperanza Ramirez Tapia, José brought his young family to the United states at a young age in order to make a better life for his family and have opportunities they would not have otherwise had. Javier grew up in Los Angeles and la puente California and met his wife Lourdes at the adult learning center in Baldwin Park while doing what he loved most. He and Lourdes have been married for 28yrs They started their blended lives together with all their children at their side. Soon new adventures awaited they would call Indiana home. Javier was full of visions and soon had his eye in real estate investments buying several properties and renovating them. Besides becoming a landlord, Javier was a fisherman at heart and loved to fish at eagle Creek lake here in Indianapolis, he also loved spending time on the lakes of Michigan He loved the outdoors, he was a truck driver by occupation at IGPS and worked hard to provide for his family. He was a collector and liked to collect unique finds. He loved to sit around the fire pit and BBQ he was known for his barbecue chicken that everyone raved about! He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He was a loving son, brother and friend. He will be missed by everyone whom he touched with his laughter and stories!

He is survived by his father José Mendoza and his beloved wife Lourdes Alicia Mendoza! He is also survived by his siblings: Guillermina Ramírez, Carmen Mendoza (Joel Dela Cerda), Joe Mendoza, Jorge (Esmeralda) Mendoza, Mario (Ofelia) Mendoza, Alma G. Nuñez (Jorge Nuñez), and Felipe J. Mendoza; his children, Fonte Williams, Deltania Crystal Williams, Javier Williams (Shardai), Troy (Mindy) Camp, Alex (Samantha) Camp, Jazmin (Temo) Gomez, and David (Josh) Gandarilla; and his 10 grandchildren: Isaiah, Alexzandera, Isaac, Zavien, Abel, Naomi, Matthew, Gia, Sophia, Aiden.
