Janice Doan

Janice Gail Doan, Age 70 of Indianapolis IN entered into rest on December 16th, 2023. Janice was born in Franklin, Indiana and later became a resident of Indianapolis where she spent the majority of her life. Janice was a retired accountant for HP Products and served in the U.S Army as a linemen installing telephone lines.

Janice was first and foremost a woman of the Lord and loved to read her bible. She was incredibly creative and enjoyed refurbishing furniture, drawing, and most of all, painting. One of her favorite movies of all time was Top Gun, and she was even an extra in the movie, Days of Thunder. She was a Trekkie, and had lots of proof of it! She loved to watch soap operas in her alone time and of course, eat her peanut M&M’s. Family was also a top priority, along with her closest friends. She enjoyed going to the movies, luncheons, and just quality time with those she loved. Most of all she was a very loved sister, Aunt, and friend who always offered good advice, a helping hand, and unconditional love.

Janice is survived by one brother: Vernon Price, one sister: Elizabeth Doan (Libby), and multiple nieces and nephews.

Janice is preceded in death by her mother and father: Arie and Mary Doan. One brother: Randall Doan and Three sisters: Brenda Doan, Freda Wise, and Jenny Doan
