James W. Henson Jr.

James W. Henson, Jr. 77, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away Wednesday, June 22, 2022. He was born on Friday, October 20, 1944, to the late James W. Henson, Sr., and Grace (Stovall) Henson in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Jim will be missed by his girlfriend, Luzmin, her daughter and son-in-law, Jim's children, his siblings, and other family members and friends. He worked at Chevrolet for 32 years. Throughout his life he enjoyed motorcycles and taking trips across country. He often quoted the Bible and was blessed to enjoy family gatherings, meals, and travel.

Jim was a lifelong Alabama football fan and loved all things Roll Tide. He also was an avid movie and music collector. He usually had music playing when he would cruise in his 1992 blue Cadillac. He enjoyed that car tremendously and was always generous to give a needed ride He often drove to visit in other states, and one of his favorite gathering places, Cracker Barrel.

There will be a graveside service Saturday, July 9th at 10:00 AM at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens and Funeral Home, 1977 S. SR 135, Greenwood, Indiana.

If you choose following the graveside, we will dine and fellowship at James sons house at 12:00PM.
